Raxqen Zynoq is an advanced smart body composition analyzer that measures 15+ health metrics including weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, visceral fat, bone mass, body water, and more using multi-frequency BIA technology.
Unlike regular scales that only measure weight, Raxqen Zynoq uses 8 precision electrodes and multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis to measure your complete body composition with 98.2% accuracy compared to DEXA scans.
Raxqen Zynoq is suitable for most adults and children over 10 years old. However, individuals with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or other electronic medical devices should not use the body composition features. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before use.
Each Raxqen Zynoq package includes: 1x Raxqen Zynoq Smart Scale, 1x USB-C Charging Cable, 1x Quick Start Guide, 1x User Manual, and 1x Warranty Card (3-year coverage).
1. Download the Raxqen Zynoq app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Create an account and enter your profile details. 3. Turn on Bluetooth and follow the in-app pairing instructions. 4. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. 5. Step on barefoot to take your first measurement!
For optimal accuracy, we recommend placing Raxqen Zynoq on a hard, flat surface like tile, hardwood, or laminate flooring. Carpet can affect weight and body composition accuracy due to uneven pressure distribution.
Raxqen Zynoq supports unlimited user profiles through the app. The scale automatically recognizes users based on their unique body composition signature, making it perfect for families.
Raxqen Zynoq achieves 98.2% correlation with DEXA scans (the gold standard) for body fat measurement. Weight accuracy is ±0.1 lbs (±0.05 kg). This level of accuracy was validated through clinical studies with over 2,800 participants.
Body composition naturally fluctuates due to hydration, food intake, and activity. For consistent tracking, measure at the same time daily—ideally in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking.

ERR typically indicates poor electrode contact. Ensure your feet are bare, clean, and dry. Stand still during measurement. If the error persists, check that the scale is on a level surface and try repositioning your feet on the electrodes.
Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the back of the scale. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and lasts up to 12 months with daily use. The app will notify you when battery is low.
