3-Year Comprehensive Warranty

Every Raxqen Zynoq purchase includes a 3-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, component failures, and normal wear and tear.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Load cell and weight measurement system failures
• BIA sensor and electrode malfunctions
• Bluetooth connectivity hardware issues
• Battery defects (capacity degradation below 70% within 3 years)
• Display failures
• Structural defects in glass platform or frame
• USB-C charging port failures

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents (drops, impacts)
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality (scratches, dents)
• Damage from use in commercial settings (gyms, clinics) without commercial warranty upgrade
• Battery wear from normal use after 3 years
• Software issues (covered under separate software support)

How to File a Warranty Claim

2. Provide order number and description of issue
3. Our team will troubleshoot remotely if possible
4. If replacement needed, we'll provide prepaid return shipping label
5. Receive replacement unit within 5-7 business days
